To successfully grow these mushrooms, you’ll need a substrate like our Grain Spawn Bag or coffee grinds. Here’s a simple King Oyster Mushroom Recipe for growth:
- Inject 5cc of the syringe into the substrate (half of the syringe per bag of substrate).
- Wait for about 1-2 weeks until 50% of the substrate bag turns white.
- Once the bag is half-white, crush it with your hands to distribute the contents evenly.
- Place the bag in a room with plenty of natural light and mist it twice daily. The bag should never dry out for the mushrooms to grow.
- After about two to three weeks, your King Oyster Mushrooms should be fully matured. Simply twist and pull to harvest.
