The CBD is great: tastes pleasant, isn’t harsh on the throat, and is simple to use. That being said, trying to figure out the pen, how to charge it, or if I needed a special plug; an instruction page would’ve been helpful because whoever I e-mailed had no knowledge on the pen and wasn’t helpful at all. So my review for the wax is good, however if I were to rate customer service I would rate a 2.
