Try loosening the cartridge.

With the pen pull off black mouthpiece and pull out blue stopper and fill the cartridge with your vape oil. Next, put the blue stopper back in and mouthpiece and inhalFor charging, unscrew cartridge and screw in adapter and plug into USB (Only charge for 2 hours).
